    This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of our site. Our site may contain links to other websites.     6. What kind of data do we collect?

    Information you provide to us: We receive and store information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way, including, for example, when you stay as a guest in hotels we manage. You decide how much information you will share with us in most cases, but not sharing the required information may limit your ability to engage in certain activities, such as the payment information required to complete your booking. If you provide any personal information about another person (e.g., if you make a reservation to another individual), you represent that you are authorized to do so and allow us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You also represent that the information you provide is accurate.

    Automatic information: When you use or interact with our website and / or use any application that we may make available on our website, we retrieve and store information generated by your activity and information automatically collected by your browser or device mobile. For example, like many websites, we receive certain information when your web browser enters our website including your IP address, browser type, operating system, mobile network data, pages viewed and times entrance. This information helps us communicate with our customers and better understand them.

    Security Systems: When you visit our managed properties, information may be gathered about you through the closed-circuit television systems of such properties, electronic key cards, and other security systems.

By the time we no longer need your personal information for any business or legal purpose, we will delete it. We store the personal information we process on behalf of our clients as long as we have an agreement with them to process that data, always subject to applicable legal requirements.

    In addition to your GDPR rights set forth in Section 5, when you submit personal data through our site, you may be given the opportunity to restrict our use of your personal data.
